Memorial Day

On Memorial Day, American Fork City holds a fireman's breakfast at the fire station. Jathan has gone ever since he was a little boy and it looks like it is now one of our family traditions as well. While waiting in line to get in they let all the little kids climb all over a fire truck. Here is Zanna sitting on the truck, and yes that is a death grip on her bottle :)
And in the truck.

Jathan's dad is the sexton for the American Fork cemetery and he does such a good job of keeping the grounds looking beautiful.

While at the cemetery we visited Jathan's dad (who oversees the cemetery) and saw Jathan's aunt Lisa's grave.
Zanna enjoyed riding all over on her daddy's shoulders.

I love Zanna! She is the cutest ever. So, I just wanted to tell you that I can't come to your shower tomorrow. Jax now has the freaking swine flu and I don't think anyone would appreciate me coming and dragging that sickness in with me! But, good luck. I can't wait to meet this little boy when he comes.

Hey Merm! Just wanted to tell you I appreciate you guys taking the time to visit my mom's grave...I was driving home from St. George that day, so I didn't make it there 'til later that night. I'm sorry I missed you!

And Ray has the most beautiful cemetery around...hands down.
