I just wanted to wish my mother a happy birthday and thank her for the amazing woman she is. She has sacrificed so much for her famiy and is such a selfless person. I am greatful for her passion in learning about health, wellness and exercise and teaching her children about these things. She is so full of life and energy and is still so adventurous. She is a great gardner, seamstress, horse back rider, skiier, rollerblader, dancer, scubadiver, biker and so many other things. I am greatful for the relationship that we have and for her love for all of her children, her husband and the gospel. She is a great example to me and is my role model for motherhood and many other things! I love ya momma!

I agree! I love my Aunt Helen!! She is a role model to me too, I always hope that I will have her energy and fun loving spirit when I am a mother. I love this photo too - such a beautiful woman!
Helen was like a second mom in Jr. high, High school and even after graduation. She was always so sweet and listen to us and oh so dramatic problems...I love her relationship with her children and her positive attitude. Happy Birthday Helen! I miss seeing and talking with you!
Wow! I think your mom is a well loved woman! And very deserving of it, too! I have always admired her for her never-ending wisdom. She also has a talent for making people feel important. At least that's how she's always made me feel. I think my mom is a lot like her, too. No wonder they're such good friends! I'm glad they are, too, because that's why we got to grow up being such good friends! And the memories we have...I hold them dear! ....Okay, Merm. PS: I L-O-V-E your mom too! She is absolutely amazing & inspired me so much throughout my teenage years! I always remember her saying to us whenever she dropped us off somewhere, "Remember who you are and what you stand for"... If she only knew how imprinted that is in me! Please give her a hug for me!
